Gluten is the protein found naturally in wheat, rye, barley and crosses between these grains. A product labeled as Gluten free means that the product does not contain traces of gluten. Some common foods that contain gluten include  breads, cakes, cereals, and pastas. Many people face health consequences from consuming gluten and look for products that are gluten free.
